spacious room and excellent location
spacious room convenient location dyson hairdryer
the room was spacious for city standards i was kinda surprised there is sufficient space to open two large suitcases the beds were comfortable and there is a separate toilet. a dyson hairdryer was provided which was a bonus the location was amazing near ginza and right along the main street. a supermarket familymart and donki are also very close to the hotel.
room cleaning was not up to standard even after i complained i also noticed water leaking from the ac unit it was not fixed only wiped off. this was a minor inconvenience but could have been addressed more effectively.

there is a lounge in the lobby with snacks and drinks available for all guests alcohol and sake are available in the evening the selection provided a nice variety for a quick bite or drink.

the room had a convenient layout the shower facility was modern with multiple sprays there was also a bathtub adjacent to the shower a separate room housed the toilet and a miniature sink adding to the functional design.

clean rooms cute staff complimentary snacks perfect location
the rooms were impeccably clean and the staff was very cute. complimentary snacks, water, wine, and beer were a wonderful perk after a day touring. the location is perfect. i will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
the premier room lounge should be either all-inclusive or offer more selections for the price.

convenient ginza stay
great location free snacks
The location is very nice , right in ginza with lots of shopping and food nearby. easy access to many train stations made exploring simple. the little snack bar was a hit with the kids . Every day after our adventures, we returned for mini donuts , cheeses, and ice cream , all free.

our premium room was relatively spacious for the area , and the bed was comfortable. high quality appliances are present , and the shower and bathroom is very nice. rooms are cleaned daily , which is a plus.

a food and drink lounge area is available with a selection of wines, sake , and drinks. complimentary snacks are offered throughout the day. the daily happy hour in the lobby was a real bonus.

the staff are friendly , helpful , and speak english. the hotel is next to donki , lawson , and family mart , allowing convenient souvenir shopping. everything is well organized and thoughtfully prepared.

this accommodation is ideally located near ginza avenue and the fish market. it provides excellent metro access and many great restaurants nearby. shimbashi station and subway are a short walk away , about four minutes.
