the room was spacious for city standards i was really surprised there is sufficient space to open two large suitcases the beds were comfortable and there is a separate toilet. a dyson hairdryer was provided which was a bonus the location was amazing near ginza and right along the main street. a supermarket familymart and donki are also very close to the hotel.

room cleaning was not up to standard even after i complained i also noticed water leaking from the ac unit it was not fixed only wiped off. this was a minor inconvenience but could have been addressed more effectively.

there is a lounge in the lobby with snacks and drinks available for all guests alcohol and sake are available in the evening the selection provided a nice variety for a quick bite or drink.

the room had a convenient layout the shower facility was modern with multiple sprays there was also a bathtub adjacent to the shower a separate room housed the toilet and a miniature sink adding to the functional design.

the rooms were impeccably clean and the staff was very cute. complimentary snacks, water, wine, and beer were a wonderful perk after a day touring. the location is perfect. i will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

the premier room lounge should be either all-inclusive or offer more selections for the price.

The location is very nice , right in ginza with lots of shopping and food nearby. easy access to many train stations made exploring simple. the little snack bar was a hit with the kids . Every day after our adventures, we returned for mini donuts , cheeses, and ice cream , all free.

our premium room was relatively spacious for the area , and the bed was comfortable. high quality appliances are present , and the shower and bathroom is very nice. rooms are cleaned daily , which is a plus.
